7-Days Return & Exchange Policy

As you may know, a perfume goes through many stages during transit. From the company where it is packaged to the point it reaches the customer, it undergoes various conditions. Therefore, we kindly request that when you receive your perfume, please store it in a cool place for a while.

If you like the fragrance, that’s wonderful — you can continue enjoying it. However, if you find that it’s not to your liking, you are welcome to proceed with a refund request at that time.

At Seven Fragrances, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange.

Policy Details:

     Eligibility: This policy applies only to the 50ml perfume bottles, which must be unused.

     Samples, Testers, Miniatures and Travel sets are non-refundable

     All perfumes must be returned in their original condition, including the box and all packaging materials such as bubble wrap. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are packed securely so they reach us safely.

  •         Please note that if products are damaged during return transit, a refund will    not be processed.

     Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the return is sent without prepayment, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. All returns must be shipped via a traceable delivery method (e.g., Leopards, TCS) at the customer’s own expense.

     Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
